Terms of use

A personal tool for thinking, remembering and getting things done—with you in charge.

Last updated 14 October 2026

The service

JARVIS is operated by Supriyo Dey under the Vyaxai name. The public website provides information and a route to an owner-configured private assistant. It does not provide a public AI subscription, a public registration service or an entitlement to access another person’s workspace.

Access and responsibilities

Use only workspaces and external accounts you are authorised to access. Keep your devices, workspace PINs and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for the content you provide, account permissions you grant and actions you approve. Do not use the service to harass others, infringe rights, bypass access restrictions or perform unlawful activities.

AI and action review

AI can misunderstand speech, miss context or produce incorrect information. Check source messages, dates, recipients, amounts and proposed changes before confirming them. Summaries and suggestions are assistance, not professional financial, legal, medical or other regulated advice. Recording a payment or repayment does not execute a bank transfer.

Availability and integrations

This is an evolving personal project. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed. Private assistant functions depend on the host computer, your network and connected providers. Public website availability does not mean your private host is online. Third-party accounts and services have their own terms, limits, fees and permissions. Using JARVIS does not override those requirements or guarantee access through any particular subscription.

Your content and third-party material

You keep your rights in your own content. Provide only information and media you are entitled to use. Saving a link, downloading media or producing an AI summary does not transfer another creator’s rights to you. JARVIS is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Meta or Marvel.

Privacy and ending use

The privacy policy describes information handling. You can stop using the website or private app and revoke connected-account access. Maintain your own copies of important information and review local backups and exports when deleting data.

Limits and contact

We aim to keep the site useful, but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or concerns can be sent to supriyo.d.1999@gmail.com.
